Karabakh Telecom has plans to continuously develop, improve and expand the communication coverage in Nagorno Karabakh. Since February 2002 and up to date, Karabakh Telecom  have managed  to  insure fixed telephony coverage as well as GSM coverage in many areas that never  had means to link with the outside world. Still, the challenge is  great,  but  our  determination  is  greater  in  order to insure 100% coverage over all populated areas.
