From 01.04.07 to 31.08.07,
on Saturdays and Sundays our subscribers would be able to make calls throughout the day (24) hours on the territory of NK from cellular to cellular telephone and PSTN, and vice versa just by the price of 30 drams per minute.
From 15.10.07 to 31.03.08, 
cellular network subscribers would be able to listen the messages of Voice Mail free of charge instead of the previous 18 Drams.

calls in NKR from GSM to GSM, from GSM to PSTN and vice versa are charged 40 AMD per minute on peak on, and 36 AMD on peak off.
Fixed telephony related

any subscriber who wishes to subscribe to our
Dial-Up Internet service, we offer a digital fixed telephony
connection fee of 5,000 Drams only instead of the regular price of
18,000 Drams for the public and 30,000 Drams for the governmental
and commercial organizations.

31-Jan-04, on the occasion of the holidays season, all
international calls made by our valued subscribers on Saturdays
and Sundays throughout the day (24 hours) and during Dec-03 and
