Remarks 

  1. In services of section 2 (point 5) 20% discount is offered from 23:00 pm till 7:00 am.

  2. Deposit for new subscribers are:
    - Nagorno Karabah access = 5000 Drams.
    - Nagorno Karabakh and Armenia access = 10000 Drams.
    - To all desination access = 15000 Drams.

    The deposit is transferred to the subscriber's account after 12months and is paid like a monthly charge. In case any of the parties cancels the agreement before 12months, the deposit amount is used for the final counts.

  3. In case of renaming the subscription, the new subscriber has to pay a new deposit.    

  4. Payments for calls within Nagorno Karabakh are made per second with 1/60 partial payment for each minute, and in case of a call outside Nagorno Karabakh, the last incomplete minute is rounded up to one minute.

  5. The air time fees for fax/modem and data are collected according to the tariffs of section 2.
