SMS :: VMS

Today, the possibility to dial anybody is of great significance, at any time of day. But inspite of wide spectrum of telecommunicational services, you often have problems related to time. You might not have time to answer all your calls, or you might be outside the coverage area. Karabakh Telecom offers you a solution to this problem - Voice Mail Service (VMS).

By activating VMS you will have your personal mail box, which will perform the functions of your answering machine and personal mobile secretary, who listens to your incoming calls and stores the messages. Karabakh Telecom ensures you that by activating VMS you will never miss your calls even when your phone is busy, switched off, out of coverage, or you are simply too busy to answer your calls. In such cases Karabakh Telecom VMS greets the caller and records a message from the caller.

You have to get in touch with Karabakh Telecom Service Center to activate VMS.

When you wish to start using your VMS, you have to activate your personal Voice Mail box first, by defining the conditions for diverting the calls. You can choose any of them:

  • Not reachable (if you are outside the coverage area, or if your handset is switched off)
  • Phone busy (whenever you receive a call on your mobile phone while attending another call)
  • No reply (if you can't or don't want to answer a call)
By activating Karabakh Telecom VMS, you will never miss any call.
